NEW BIGRO 65 BALER
Lyndex Engineers have completed the installation of a new Lyndex Bigro 65 Baler for one of the UK’s largest Waste Management Companies. The machine was specifically modified to meet the Customer’s requirements, and was fitted with the most up to date Siemens PLC System which contains remote input and output modules that contain self-diagnosis with communication via Ethernet. The channel control system was fitted with the Lyndex Proportional System which was originally developed over 12 years ago, with some updates specific to this Customer. The Customer driven recipe system which makes material set up very simple was also changed to suit the Customers specification. The Customer confirmed that the machine exceeds his expectations in all areas and is producing excellent bales on all grades of material. Pictures show the machine being moved in Lyndex Workshop ready for loading onto transport.
