Riverdale Bimax 145
Riverdale Paper Plc based in Gateshead UK have taken delivery of a new Lyndex Bimax 145 (2x55) baling machine. This machine is the third Bimax 145 purchased by Riverdale in the last three years.
Smurfit Kappa Upgrade to Bimax 145
Smurfit Kappa in Satley, Birmingham have taken delivery of a new Bimax 145 (3x55) machine complete with infeed conveyor.
Ram II LT2030
In January and February 2011 2 Lyndex LT 2030 2x55 Ram II baling machines have been supplied to a large Metal Recycling Company in the UK. These machines are processing non ferrous materials. The machines were modified to utilise an Accent Wire Tie Unit along with a large in-feed hopper. Both machines are up and running to the customer’s satisfaction.
Huhtamaki Bimax 145
Huhtamaki Paper Recycling of Lisburn, Northern Ireland have taken delivery of a new Lyndex Bimax 145 (3x55) baling machine complete with a new infeed conveyor, the machine replaces a Lindemann Bigro 1027V (2x55). The new machine has enabled Huhtamaki to produce at least 40% more bales whilst working the same number of hours, making the whole operation much more efficient. Adrian Jones Plant Controller of Huhtamaki says the new baler has freed up so much time we are now in the position that we have to look for more tonnage.
